When you do all that needs to be done, your self-esteem gets a boost.

Waking up and sleeping as per schedule, not wasting time on YouTube, taking timely walks, and following a steady study/work timetable makes you feel good about yourself.

You feel light, the mind is free of stray thoughts, causing the mood to be upbeat. Consequently, it has some leg-space, being free of all negativity. It is now inclined to do productive things, be creative, and take risks. You only see opportunities, and go about chasing them. The scale and the difficulty of the tasks don’t perturb you. You do the things you always wanted because they are worth acting upon.

You don’t think about the burdens you are carrying and the obstacles in your life. You are reassured of your capability to do the right things. Having shown evidence of responsibility, you trust yourself do the right things.

If you don’t just do the things you expect from yourself, and do more, your self-esteem gets turbo charged. You are completely sure of yourself. You have proven AND exceeded your expectations. Now you can fulfill the goals you have set yourself, AND start on even bigger challenges. You are brave enough to undertake them because you believe in yourself.

So be consistent; and dream on.
